Decatur Hires New Director of Economic & Community Development
(Decatur, IL) — The city of Decatur is hiring a new Director of Economic and Community Development. City Manager Tim Gleason announced the appointment of Lacie Elzy as Director of ECD. The Decatur native began her career with the City in 2015.
