Teen Charged In 2023 Stabbing Death of Teen In Decatur Pleads Guilty

(Decatur, IL) — A teen charged in the 2023 stabbing death of another teen in Decatur is pleading guilty to murder. Seventeen-year-old Otis Allen entered the guilty plea in court yesterday. He was charged after Tyler Eubanks was found stabbed to death in July 2023 in an abandoned nursing home in the 400 block of West Harrison Ave. Two other teens have been charged with his murder.
