Moultrie-Douglas County Fair temporarily Shuts Down Due To Flooding Concerns
(Arthur, IL) — Flooding concerns are being blamed for temporarily shutting down the Moultrie-Douglas County Fair. The fair was closed early last night due concerns over high winds and flash flooding. Organizers say they will resume the normal schedule today.
