Hot And Humid Weather Hitting Central Illinois
(Springfield, IL) — Central Illinois will experience hot and humid weather this weekend. The National Weather Service says the hottest days will be today and tomorrow when temps climb into the mid-90s. Heat index values could peak near or above 100 degrees. Less humid air will arrive Sunday night and Monday, but the tropical heat and humidity will return on Tuesday.
