One Man Wounded In Decatur Shooting
(Decatur, IL) — One man is wounded following a shooting in Decatur. Police say the victim was shot Wednesday in the area of East Locust and Lowber. No arrests have been made. The victim’s injuries weren’t considered life-threatening.
