Illinois Lawmaker Charged With DUI
(Kane Co, IL) — An Illinois lawmaker is charged with driving under the influence last month. Democratic state Representative Matt Hanson was arrested October 27th after a police officer found him asleep in his car outside his apartment in Montgomery, Illinois. He was issued two citations for driving under the influence. Hanson is due in a court hearing in Kane County on November 22nd.
