Illinois Observing Columbus Day, Indigenous Peoples’ Day
(Springfield, IL) — Illinois is observing both Columbus Day and Indigenous Peoples’ Day today. As a result, all federal and state offices will be closed. The United States Postal Service will be closed and no mail will be delivered. Most banks are closed, as well as some schools.
