Decatur Explosion Sends Several To Hospital
(Decatur, IL) — Fire officials in Decatur are confirming a large explosion at the Decatur ADM complex Sunday evening. Just after 7 p.m., crews responded to the East Plant after reports of heavy smoke in the area. There’s no confirmation yet on the cause. Several employees were taken to a local hospital with injuries, though it’s unclear the extent.
