Man Attacked With Baseball Bat At Springfield McDonald’s
(Springfield, IL) — An investigation is underway after a man was attacked by someone with a baseball bat outside a McDonald’s in Springfield. Authorities say a woman was in the drive-thru of the fast food restaurant on North Grand Monday night when she noticed a man sitting at the front door covered in blood. The man told her about the attack. The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
