Decatur Man Charged In Police Chase And Crash
(Springfield, IL) — A Decatur man is accused of leading Springfield Police on a chase in a stolen vehicle. Authorities say a vehicle was reported stolen Friday. Police chased the vehicle briefly before the driver crashed at Chatham Road and Wabash Avenue. Officers arrested Tavon Price after he tried to hit them with an object. Price was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
