Man Found Guilty Of Killing Elderly Springfield Woman
(Springfield, IL) — A man is being convicted of killing an elderly woman in her Springfield home in 2019. David Dale Smith was found guilty of first degree murder in the death of 80-year-old Donna Bricker. Prosecutors say Bricker was beaten, stabbed with scissors, and strangled. Smith will be sentenced on August 29th.
