NWS: Poor Air Quality In Illinois
Illinois is dealing with poor air quality. The National Weather Service says smoke from wildfires in Canada is moving into the region, pushing air quality into the unhealthy or worse categories. An Air Quality Advisory is in effect throughout the state through tonight. Active children and adults, especially people with pulmonary or respiratory disease such as asthma, should limit prolonged outdoor activity.
