Two Arrested In Deadly Shooting Of Teenage Boy In Decatur
(Decatur, IL) — Bond is set at two-million-dollars for two charged in the deadly shooting of a teenage boy in Decatur last year. Travell Washington and Freiashya Ayres were arrested last week in Rantoul on a charge of first-degree murder. Both were wanted in the killing of 17-year-old Kemareon Rice, who was gunned down in March 2022 in a parking lot in the 19-hundred block of South Mount Zion Road.
