Judge Denies Bond Reduction For EMS Worker Charged In Earl Moore Jr’s Death
(Springfield, IL) — A judge is denying a request to reduce the one-million-dollar bail for one of the Springfield EMS workers charged with murdering Earl Moore Junior. Peggy Finley appeared in court yesterday, where a judge denied her motion to reconsider her bond. Finley and Peter Cadigan are accused of killing Moore by placing him face down on a stretcher with restraints in December. Moore’s family has filed a wrongful death lawsuit.
