Man Charged With Murdering Decatur Man
(Peoria, IL) — A man is charged in killing of a Decatur man in January. Lamentae Turner was indicted on two counts of murder and one count of unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon. He is accused of shooting and killing Stashaun Wheeler January 22nd in the parking lot of a Casey’s gas station on West Farmington Road in Peoria.
