Illinois House Passes Modified Ban Of Assault Style Weapons
The Illinois House passed a modified ban of assault style weapons. This is part of the Protect Illinois Communities Act. The measure was passed early this morning. The bill now advances to the Illinois Senate. This comes after dozens of groups, including Moms Demand Action rallied at the State Capitol to urge legislators to vote yes on the measure.
