Coroner IDs Two Killed In Fiery Crash On I-55 Near Springfield
The Sangamon County Coroner is naming the two people killed in a fiery three-vehicle crash on I-55 near Springfield this past weekend. State police say the crash happened Sunday night just north of the Pawnee-Auburn exit. One victim died at the scene, while a second was pronounced dead at the hospital. They were identified as Steven Hermanson and Nathan Tenneson. The crash remains under investigation.
