Amber Oberheim is the President and Founder of Peacemaker Project 703. She is the widow of
Champaign Police Officer Chris Oberheim. Only days after her husband’s life was taken in the
line of duty, she developed a strong, relentless desire to support Chris’s brothers and sisters in
uniform. Her vision has become a reality as Amber has begun advocating for law enforcement
officers in various ways across the country. Amber’s strong faith allows her to move forward with
her God-serving mission in honor of her husband.
