Ex-Decatur Pastor Pleads Guilty To Grooming
A former pastor of a church in rural Decatur is admitting to grooming a child. Joseph Krol was arrested last year after Macon County detectives received information he tried to solicit a 15-year-old girl for sexual activities through Snapchat. The teen was a member of his congregation. Krol pleaded guilty to a grooming charge on Friday and was sentenced to 24 months of probation. He must register as a sex offender.
