Pritzker Issues Statement of Support for Puerto Rico
Illinois is offering support to Puerto Rico after the territory was devastated by Hurricane Fiona. Governor Pritzker says the state stands in solidarity with the citizens in Puerto Rico, who are without power and experiencing severe flooding and mudslides. The governor says Illinois will offer any and all necessary support to the victims of Hurricane Fiona, including welcoming any Puerto Rican climate refugees.
