Investigation Into Missing Clinton Woman Not Closed
An investigation into the disappearance of a Clinton woman earlier this month isn’t closed after all. WCIA-TV reports that the Clinton Police Chief Ben Lowers says the investigation won’t be closed until authorities can confirm that Juana Arellano-Garnica is safe. The 32-year-old was last seen August 21st at her Clinton home. Last week on Facebook, police said she had left the area voluntarily without committing any criminal wrongdoing and that the investigation was considered closed.
