Rehab Contractors Needed in Decatur
If you are a rehab contractor, you are gonna want to hear this! The City of Decatur is seeking contractors to help with multi-million-dollar home rehabilitation projects. Over the next two years, the City hopes to rehab between 150 to 300 homes. If you are pre-qualified, qualified, or a lead-abatement contractor, you should join the City’s informational zoom meeting this Friday, August 26, at 9am to learn more about available work. Minority, disadvantaged, and women-owned contractors are strongly encouraged to join.
