Man Charged In Deadly Springfield Shooting
One man is charged with murder in a deadly shooting in Springfield. Police say Roosevelt Sims was found shot Sunday night in the 11-hundred block of North 8th Street. He died later at the hospital. Decody Stamps was arrested within an hour of the incident and charged with first degree murder. He is being held at the Sangamon County Jail on two-million-dollars bond.
