Man Charged In Springfield Crash That Killed Man In Wheelchair
A man is charged in a hit and run crash that left a man in a wheelchair dead in Springfield last month. Nicholas Mullet was indicted this week on charges of leaving the scene of an accident and driving while license revoked. Investigators believe he was the person driving a vehicle that hit a man in a wheelchair July 20th on Clear Lake Avenue. The victim, identified as Terry Tippett, died from multiple blunt force injuries.
