Illinois State Police Say Crash Kills Seven
Seven people have been killed in a crash on Interstate 90 early Sunday morning. Illinois State Police say 31-year-old Lauren Dobosz was killed along with five children between five and 13-years-old who were in the van. Their vehicle was hit by a gray Acura sedan and both vehicles caught fire. Thirty-two-year-old Thomas Dobosz of Rolling Meadows survived but was badly hurt. The Acura driver was 22-year-old Jennifer Fernandez of Carpentersville, and she was headed east in the westbound lanes when she hit the van and also died at the scene.
