Effingham Man Convicted Of Sexually Assaulting Children At In-Home Day Care
An Effingham man is guilty of sexually assaulting multiple children at an in-home day care. A jury convicted Martin Hubbard yesterday of eight counts of predatory criminal sexual assault to a child under the age of 13. Hubbard was arrested last December following a report of a sexual assault at the in-home day care in the one-thousand block of Grove Place. An investigation revealed multiple juvenile victims
