$12M In Bill Payment Assistance Awarded To Ameren Illinois Customers
Ameren Illinois is working with the state to provide 12-million-dollars to help income-qualified customers pay their energy bills. The funding is available through the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program. LIHEAP provides additional relief to aid LIHEAP customers impacted by higher power supply prices.
