Funds Available to Rehabilitate Homes in Decatur
The City of Decatur is offering an owner-occupied rehabilitation grant program to homeowners and is partnering with Land of Lincoln Credit Union to provide access to capital for landlords to rehabilitate their rental homes. The Community Development Department, will begin accepting pre-applications on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 through July 8, 2022. Residential properties eligible for this program must be within one of the targeted neighborhoods within the city’s urban core. Log on to the City of Decatur website for more information.
