Substitute Teacher Charged With Grooming Child
A substitute teacher from Ashmore is charged with grooming a child. Keith Green was arrested Tuesday at the Charleston Police Department. Authorities say Green used an electronic device to communicate with a female under the age of 17 in an attempt to solicit sexual encounters with her. Green was employed as a substitute teacher within the region at the time of the crime.
