IL Gas Prices Soar
The average price for regular gas in Illinois is 37-cents higher a gallon than the national average. Triple-A says the price at the pump statewide is four-dollars-and-80-cents a gallon and the national average is four-43 today. It’s no surprise drivers are paying the most in the City of Chicago at five-18 a gallon while Metro Chicago stations are posting an average of four-99-a-gallon.
