Pana Man Charged With Making Terroristic Threats
A Pana man is charged with making terroristic threats in Shelby County. William Carnahan was charged Monday after being accused of making threats against a business. Prosecutors say Carnahan verbally threatened to return to the unnamed business with a gun. His bail was set at 75-thousand-dollars.
