Illinois Homeowner Assistance Fund Starting This Week

Illinois homeowners are able to apply for a housing assistance grant starting this week.  The Illinois Homeowner Assistance Fund is being overseen by the Illinois Housing Development Authority and begins to take applications in April.  The grants will be worth up to thirty-thousand-dollars and will be given out to homeowners financially affected by the COVID-19 pandemic housing-related costs such as mortgage delinquencies and foreclosures or loss of utilities.
