The candidate filing period for established candidates in the June 28, 2022 General Primary will be as follows:
March 7, 2022 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
March 8–11, 2022 8:30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.
March 14, 2022 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
All candidates who want to be in the lottery for first position on the ballot must be in line by 8 a.m. on March 7, 2022. All candidates who want to be in the lottery for the last position on the ballot must file between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on March 14, 2022.
Candidates will file in the County Clerk’s Office at the Macon County Office Building, 141 South Main Street Room 104, in Decatur.
