The Illinois Department of Public Health is adding 58-hundred COVID-19 cases to its running total. That’s about a thousand more than Monday, but half what it was on Friday. The statewide positivity rate has dropped to exactly seven-percent, which is the lowest it’s been since mid-December. Roughly 63-percent of the state’s population is fully vaccinated.
