State Transportation Officials Urge Resident To Remain Safe During Winter Storm

State officials are urging the public to continue to stay off the roads if possible while most of Illinois is hit with extreme winter weather.  State Department of Transportation Secretary Omer Osman says the storm continues to create very click roadways.  He adds that if you have to head out make sure your gas tank is full, drive slow, give snowplows plenty of room, and make sure your cellphone is fully charged.
