Illinois Awards $55M To Improve Supportive Housing

Illinois is awarding nearly 56-million-dollars in state and federal resources to improve permanent supportive housing across the state.  The funding will support the construction and rehabilitation of ten developments containing 259 units of affordable housing units.  The housing is for people at risk of homelessness, residents with physical challenges or mental health needs, and other vulnerable populations.
