Man Dies After Falling Through Ice Of Pond In Coles Co.

A man is dead after falling through the ice of a pond in Coles County.  Authorities say Carlos Serafin-Abalos died Saturday after attempting to save a ten-year-old girl.  An autopsy is scheduled for today.  The girl remains in critical condition at the hospital.
