Illinois Deploying Healthcare Workers To Hospitals Hit Hard By COVID

Illinois is deploying more than two-thousand healthcare workers across the state to help hospitals hardest hit by COVID-19.  COVID hospitalizations across the state have reached a record high.  Governor Pritzker said his office has also created coronavirus reaction teams to respond to hospitals and healthcare facilities.  The governor also reiterated the importance of vaccinations, booster shots and masks in slowing this latest surge in COVID cases.
