State Rep. Demmer Running For State Treasurer

State Representative Tom Demmer is running for the Republican nomination for state treasurer.  The Dixon Republican is challenging current state treasurer Michael Frerichs in this year’s election.  Demmer has been a state legislator since 2013.  He stressed his opposition to tax increases and a desire to bring greater transparency to state spending.
