Second Round Of R3 Grants Available

Forty-five-million dollars is being made available by the Illinois government for community groups.  The Restore, Reinvest, and Renew program sends one-quarter of state revenue from cannabis sales to grants for communities hit by the War on Drugs.  Thirty-five-million was dispersed during the first round of grants.  The grants are mostly used for youth development and community re-entry programs.
