Governor Pritzker will be working remotely temporarily after coming in close contact with a state employee who tested positive for COVID-19. The governor is taking extra precautions to prevent the spread of the virus following the incident Tuesday. Pritzker tested negative for COVID as recently as yesterday morning and is fully vaccinated and boosted. The governor will be taking meetings remotely through Sunday.
