The Salvation Army announced it has reached it’s 2021 Christmas Fundraising Goal of $600,000. They were able to help families this Christmas and because of the community’s generosity, and will be in the position to help even more of those in need in 2022.
The Salvation Army wants to thank each and every person, business, school, church, & service group that donated, rang bells, or was a part of any events or efforts raising funds for The Salvation Army this year. They also want to thank Hobby Lobby, Farm and Fleet, Rural King, Sam’s Club, Kroger, & Walmart for providing kettle locations. 2021 brought out over 100 volunteers filling nearly 700 volunteer hours.
