October Weather In Illinois Was Warm And Wet

Weather experts in Illinois say October was wet and warm.  State Climatologist Trent Ford says temperatures were five to eight degrees above last month.  He adds that October was also pretty soggy.  Rainfall was one to three inches above normal in southern Illinois and three to six inches above average in central and northern Illinois.
