Illinois Chamber Foresees More Mandate Issues

Expect there to be a flurry of problems with implementing President Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate on employees of large employers. Illinois Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Todd Maisch said not only are employers looking at steep fines for not following the OSHA rule filed Friday, but it could also build contention between managers and employees. Maisch said there is also the prospect the rule could be expanded to smaller employers.
