Former Rural Decatur Pastor Arrested For Grooming

A former rural Decatur pastor is facing allegations of grooming a teen member of his congregation.  Police arrested 36-year-old Joseph Krol Friday and charged him with grooming.  Detectives say they received information that Krol had attempted to solicit a 15-year-old girl from his congregation for sexual activities through the Snapchat app.  He was serving at Rochester First Baptist Church when he was arrested last week.
