Governor Pritzker Reacting To Threatened Lawsuits Over Mandates

Governor J.B. Pritzker is reacting to threats of lawsuits over his vaccine mandate.  Pritzker addressed lawsuits yesterday from districts challenging the mandate, calling them “extraordinarily irresponsible.”  Many districts say they are likely to choose not to enforce the mandate because they could face lawsuits that would drain their resources away. The Attorney General’s office said in September that it is committed to defending the mandate.
