Dozens Of Illinois Fire Departments Sharing Grant Money

Dozens of Illinois fire departments are set to share state grant money.  More than 92-thousand dollars will go to at least 90 departments across the state.  Funds can be used for everything from training to equipment.  The funding is made possible through the Illinois American Water’s 2021 Firefighter grant program.
