Oberheim Family Hopes To Build Sports Complex In Officer’s Honor

The family of fallen Champaign Police Officer Chris Oberheim is hoping to build a sports complex in the officer’s honor.  Oberheim’s widow Amber says she and Chris had always dreamed of building a sports facility in their community.  She is partnering with the city of Monticello to raise money and get sponsorships for the proposed facility.
