Congressman Davis Leads Community Effort To Send Medical Aid To India

Illinois Congressman Danny Davis is asking people to help in an effort to provide aid to India, which has been devastated by a second surge of COVID-19.  The death toll in India has topped 218-thousand.  The country is in dire need of emergency funds, oxygen cylinders and ICU beds.
