Illinois Labor Officials To Start Campaign To Stop Falls At Construction Sites

A campaign with a focus on the risk of falling at construction worksites begins on Monday.  Illinois Department of Labor spokesperson Mike Matulis says figures show that falls are the leading cause of death at construction sites.  He added that employers can take advantage of training resources, posters, and videos from the Occupational Health and Safety Administration by searching Stop Falls Stand Down online.
